Gutleut Apartments offers furnished apartments at Gutleutstraße 171 in Frankfurt am Main. Five apartment types cover 26 to 56 m² and up to four guests. Stays are possible from one night, and equally for several weeks or months – for relocation, project assignments or while you look for a flat.

Weekly cleaning
Included for all apartments. Additional cleaning for a fee.
Kitchen
Kitchenette or full kitchen, depending on the type.
Workspace & Wi-Fi
A workspace in every apartment, plus a co-working space in the building.
Laundry room
Washing machines and dryers in the building.
Digital access
Check-in from 11:00, early check-in bookable. Then digital access around the clock via personal code, no reception desk.
Lift & no deposit
The building has a lift. Instead of a cash deposit, you provide a credit card at booking.
Parking
6 private parking spaces with their own entrance and EV charging at the building.

Rates for longer stays
- Starting rates range from €105 to €205 per night, depending on the apartment type.
- Long-stay rates are cheaper than classic short-stay bookings. The exact prices and discounts for your dates are shown in the online booking.
- Free cancellation, depending on the rate, up to 14 days (short/mid stay) or 30 days (long stay) before arrival; non-refundable rates are also available.
- On request we issue an invoice for your employer.
